The design originates from exploration on how to balance between lightness, sturdiness and ergonomics in moulded plywood. The concaved shapes result in a slender yet sturdy structure that does not compromise good ergonomics. A slim profile seen from the side, and almost 2-dimensional beheld from front or back, gives the chair a strong graphic expression. The gently curved backrest conform the shape of a human body ensuring comfort even throughout the longest dinners.
